White Reindeer book by DJ Lyons

Hey, Blog readers, I am so excited! My publisher finally came up with the book cover for my book that is soon to be published. My book, written under my pen name of DJ Lyons, is entitled White Reindeer, Kudzu Monster, & Other Tales of Wonder. I am very pleased with the cover they came up with.

I really did have a white reindeer show me the way to safety get down from a mountain that I sort of accidentally – on purpose climbed when I was 21 and on a college abroad in Norway. I was not able to get a picture of that very majestic reindeer that might have actually been an angel in disguise. When I knew I wanted to get this book published, I found a reindeer farm in Scotland that I contacted. They sold me this picture of a white reindeer named Dapple. Debbie Dunn aka DJ Lyons has been a professional storyteller and published author since 1989. Using her pen name of DJ Lyons, she is the author of (1) “The Bell Witch Unveiled At Last! The True Story Of A Poltergeist” and (2) “White Reindeer, Kudzu Monster, & Other Tales Of Wonder.”

Allow me to introduce myself.

PROFESSIONAL STORYTELLER: Debbie has been telling stories and teaching storytelling around the USA, full-time from 1989 to 1997, part-time from 1998 to 2008, and full-time from January 2009 onward. She tells age-appropriate stories. She encourages lots of audience participation as she performs. Debbie has been a member of the National Storytelling Network and the Tennessee Storytelling Association since 1990. EDUCATION: In 1980, Debbie earned her 2 Bachelor’s degrees in Elementary Education and in Sociology. In 1989, Debbie earned her Master’s degree in Elementary Education with a specialization in Storytelling.
